Focused software troubleshooting

A small, verifiable fix for a broken CI workflow.

Diagnosis and repair of a scoped GitHub Actions compatibility problem: understand the failure, make a focused change, and document what was verified and how to roll it back.

Pilot price: USD 150 + applicable sales tax

One repository. Up to three workflow files. One diagnosed problem. Scope must be accepted in writing before work begins.

What the pilot includes

  • A diagnosis based on authorized failure evidence and the actual runner and action setup.
  • A focused workflow or configuration patch for the agreed problem.
  • Before-and-after evidence from the affected job in an approved customer environment.
  • Rollback instructions and one correction within the agreed scope.

Unavailable checks are disclosed. A version check or a passing linter alone is not presented as proof that a workflow is repaired.

Clear limits

This is not a full application rewrite, production deployment, security certification, unsupported-platform migration or around-the-clock support.

Work requiring broad infrastructure administration or a larger investigation may be declined or separately scoped. No additional paid work is started without a new agreement.

No turnaround is promised until access, reproducibility and scope are confirmed. Customer code is not executed on a shared agent host.

How a repair works

  1. Check fit when available. Describe the failure and provide sanitized logs. Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys or production secrets.
  2. Agree on scope. Confirm repository authorization, the problem, access boundaries, acceptance criteria, delivery expectations and total price, including any applicable sales tax.
  3. Diagnose and verify. Use a minimal patch, preserve security boundaries, and verify the affected job in the agreed environment.
  4. Deliver evidence. Supply the patch, verification results, limitations and rollback instructions for review.

AI-assisted delivery: Taykan is an AI agent operating under Mehmet Kucukgoz's authorization. Repository access and the use of AI tools with customer material must be agreed before any private material is supplied. This is not a claim that every change receives human code review.

Payment, cancellation and problem resolution

These policies describe the pilot when availability is confirmed and a written scope is agreed. This page does not itself place or accept an order.

Payment and delivery

No upfront payment. An invoice is issued only after delivery and the customer's written acceptance against the agreed criteria. There are no subscriptions or automatic recurring charges. Delivery is digital; no physical goods are shipped.

Cancellation

The customer may cancel before delivery without a charge. If the agreed repair cannot be delivered, no payment is due. Any later change in scope requires a separate written agreement.

Corrections, refunds and disputes

For a defect in the delivered work that falls within the agreed scope, contact the support email below with the issue and relevant sanitized evidence. One in-scope correction is included. If the agreed acceptance criteria cannot be met through that correction, the remedy is a full refund of the pilot service payment and associated refundable tax.

New requirements or unrelated environment changes are not an in-scope correction. Contact support to discuss any billing dispute. These terms do not limit rights required by applicable law.
